The SPARC Development Office (‘The Development Office’) is establishing a new model of Christian Screen Media production. Within the sector, the Development Office will be unique because it seeks to serve the needs of Christian Screen Media Producers and Content Makers 'from an industry focused perspective'.

The SPARC Development Office is a start up organisation and will continue to develop it's role and it's processes, but the proposed model is:

• The Development Office is an access point for projects and teams seeking funding.
• The Development Office establishes (pre-qualifies) the viability of the project / team and recommends the project to the potential funders.
• The Development Office interfaces between the applicants and potential funders and provides measurable accountability to both.
• The Development Office will monitor the progress / development of projects.
• The Development Office can provide support for developing local and international markets.
• The Development Office can provide opportunities for applicants to be partnered / mentored by more experienced professionals.
• The Development Office can provide pathways for applicants to access industry professional programs.
